“Having spent more than 20 years in the service sector I was always very close to the customers and to people who are interacting with customers. Today, being either a trainer, a consultant or a coach, I am very happy to share my experience, and support other people in their development” – says László Podhorányi.
László Podhorányi is a member of our international CX team in the role of senior consultant and coach since June 2014. He is working for Develor UAE on projects that focus on Customer Experience.
He has over ten years of experience at Vodafone as a director of customer care, later on as Chief Customer Officer and Customer Management Director. He previously worked for Westel Telekom and TNT Express Hungary with the responsibility of sales, customer services, VIP customers and logistics. He is also a frequent speaker in conferences when customer experience is put into the spotlight.
