Martin is a founding partner of DEVELOR Czech (2003), DEVELOR Slovakia (2006) and DEVELOR Middle East (2013). Martin is Managing Director, trainer and consultant in DEVELOR Slovakia. He is best in strategic management, agile transformation, advanced leadership, customer experience. Martin worked for 5 years in Dubai, where he led the CX transformation projects for the biggest service provider in the Gulf, the Emirates Telecom.
During 2013-2018 Etisalat won several prices in CX and become the Most Valuable Brand in MENA. Before DEVELOR Martin worked in Budapest for Procter&Gamble in Marketing and Trade Marketing roles. During his studies he established and led IT company, NETgraphic. Martin loves his job and really enjoys to work on people- and organizational development.
